Shipping & Digital Delivery Policy

Effective June 2025

Resin Prints (Standard – Produced by Only-Games)

All resin model components are manufactured to order by our production partner, Only-Games, based in the United Kingdom. Products are not mass-produced; each item is created specifically for the customer.

Production Timeline: Standard production requires up to 20 business days. This period includes printing, curing, support removal, and quality assurance. Production times may be extended during peak promotional periods or due to unforeseen circumstances. Customers will be notified of significant delays.
Shipping Timeline (Post-Production):
- United Kingdom: Approximately 2 business days
- European Union and other European countries: Approximately 5 business days
- North America: Approximately 7 business days
- Rest of the world: Approximately 7 business days

Shipping durations are estimates provided by our logistics partners. Customers will receive tracking information upon dispatch.

Speedy Resin (Concierge Service)

For expedited fulfillment, customers may select the Speedy Resin Concierge Service at checkout.

A non-refundable $10 deposit is required to initiate the service. This deposit covers administrative costs associated with order processing, vendor sourcing, and custom quote preparation.
Upon receipt of the deposit, BW Terrain & Forge will source a qualified local print partner to expedite production and delivery.
Customers will receive a personalized quote reflecting the total cost (including shipping) and an estimated delivery window. Production will proceed only after customer approval and payment of the remaining balance.
Resin color and material may vary depending on the selected print partner’s resources.
If the customer declines the quote, the $10 deposit will not be refunded.
BW Terrain & Forge will provide regular updates throughout the fulfillment process.

Gaming Mats

Gaming mats are custom printed to order through our designated production partner.

Production Timeline: 5–10 business days from order placement.
Shipping: Orders are dispatched within one week of production completion. Shipping is available exclusively to addresses within the continental United States. International shipping is not offered for gaming mats at this time.
Order Confirmation: Customers are responsible for verifying all design and sizing details prior to purchase. Tracking information will be provided upon shipment.

Digital Files (STLs, Game Tiles, Graphics)

Digital products are delivered electronically upon payment confirmation.

Download links are sent via email and are accessible on the customer’s order page.
Digital products may include STL model files, printable terrain tiles, banners, mission graphics, and other digital assets in formats such as STL, ZIP, PNG, and PDF.
Customers experiencing issues with downloads or requiring technical support should contact BW Terrain & Forge for prompt assistance.

Licensing

All digital files are provided for personal, non-commercial use only. Customers are authorized to print, paint, and use these files for personal enjoyment.

For commercial use or resale rights, customers must enroll in the Reseller Tier via our Patreon program, which grants:

Commercial resale rights
Access to exclusive digital assets
Early previews of new releases

Returns, Cancellations & Defective Merchandise

All resin prints (Only-Games) and gaming mats are custom manufactured to order. As such, returns and cancellations are not accepted once production has commenced.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders:

If a product arrives defective, damaged, or not as described, customers must notify BW Terrain & Forge within 7 days of delivery.

BW Terrain & Forge will coordinate with the relevant production partner to resolve the issue, which may include replacement or alternative remedy at our discretion.

Limitation of Liability

BW Terrain & Forge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This policy and any disputes arising from it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Plymouth County, Massachusetts.

Force Majeure

BW Terrain & Forge is not responsible for delays or failures in performance resulting from acts beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, strikes, or interruptions in transportation or supply.
