Standard Resin Prints Produced by Only-Games

Standard resin products are manufactured to order by our production partner, Only-Games. Products are not mass-produced. Each item is created specifically for the customer.

Only-Games operates production facilities in London, United Kingdom, and Florida, United States. Only-Games states that United States orders are produced and shipped from its Florida facility.

  • Production timeline: Only-Games currently estimates 4–6 weeks for production before shipping. Production time does not include delivery time. Some products may require additional production time.

  • Peak periods: Production and delivery may take longer during sales, promotional events, holidays, or unusually high order volume.

  • Tracking: Tracking information is provided after production is complete and the order has been dispatched.

Only-Games currently provides the following estimated post-production shipping times:

  • United Kingdom: Approximately 2 days

  • European Union: Approximately 5 days

  • Other European countries: Approximately 5 days

  • North America: Approximately 7 days

  • Rest of the world: Approximately 7 days

Production and shipping estimates are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, customs processing, weather, and other circumstances outside the control of BW Terrain & Forge or Only-Games may affect delivery.

Speedy Resin Concierge Service

Customers who need faster production may select Speedy Resin when it is available.

  • Each Speedy Resin item adds a $10 deposit at checkout.

  • BW Terrain & Forge retains one $10 sourcing fee per order. This fee covers vendor research, quote preparation, order processing, and communication.

  • If an order contains multiple Speedy Resin items, the additional deposits are applied toward the customer’s approved production cost.

  • If the customer declines the quote, additional deposits are refunded. The single $10 sourcing fee is retained.

  • BW Terrain & Forge will locate an available print partner based on the customer’s location and requested products.

  • The customer will receive a quote showing the production cost, shipping cost, and estimated delivery window.

  • Production begins only after the customer approves the quote and pays any remaining balance.

  • Resin type and color may vary depending on the selected production partner.

  • BW Terrain & Forge will provide order updates throughout the sourcing and production process.

Gaming Mats

Gaming mats are custom printed to order through our designated production partner.

  • Production timeline: Approximately 5–10 business days from order placement.

  • Shipping: Orders are generally dispatched within one week after production is completed.

  • Service area: Gaming mats are available only to addresses within the continental United States.

  • Customer approval: Customers are responsible for confirming the requested design, grid, and size before approving production.

  • Tracking: Tracking information is provided after the order ships.

Digital Files

Digital products are delivered electronically after payment is confirmed.

  • Download links are sent by email and may also be available through the customer’s order page.

  • Digital products may include STL files, ZIP archives, printable terrain tiles, banners, mission graphics, PNG files, PDF files, and other digital assets.

  • Check spam or junk folders if the delivery email does not appear.

  • Customers who cannot access their files should contact bwterrainforge@gmail.com with their order number.

  • STL files are supplied unsupported unless the product description specifically states otherwise.

Digital Product Licensing

Unless a product states otherwise, BW Terrain & Forge digital files are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only.

Customers may print, paint, and use purchased files for their own personal hobby projects.

Customers may not:

  • Resell, share, upload, host, or redistribute the digital files

  • Modify or remix the files for resale

  • Include the files in another digital product

  • Sell physical prints without written commercial permission from BW Terrain & Forge

Order Changes, Cancellations, and Returns

Digital products, made-to-order resin prints, Speedy Resin services, custom products, and gaming mats have different cancellation and refund limitations.

Contact BW Terrain & Forge immediately if an order needs to be changed or cancelled. We will help when possible, but changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed after digital delivery, vendor sourcing, customer approval, production, or custom work has begun.

Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Lost Orders

If an order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, incorrect, or does not arrive, contact BW Terrain & Forge at bwterrainforge@gmail.com.

For damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect products, contact us within seven days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the problem

  • Clear photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label when applicable

BW Terrain & Forge will work with the relevant production or shipping partner to review the problem and determine the appropriate resolution.

Limitation of Liability

BW Terrain & Forge shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This policy and any disputes arising from it shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Plymouth County, Massachusetts, except where applicable consumer law provides otherwise.

Force Majeure

BW Terrain & Forge is not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, carrier interruptions, production interruptions, government actions, or transportation disruptions.

Changes to This Policy

BW Terrain & Forge may modify or update this policy. Changes become effective when published on this page.
