What does BW Terrain & Forge sell?
BW Terrain & Forge sells original miniature parts and accessories, including heads, helmets, shoulder pads, weapons, backpacks, symbols, bases, terrain, gaming aids, downloadable STL files, and printed resin parts.
Available formats vary by product. Check the product page before ordering to confirm whether the item is offered as an STL file, standard Grey Resin print, or Speedy Resin service.
What scale are BW Terrain & Forge products?
Most BW Terrain & Forge miniature parts are designed for heroic 28–32mm tabletop models. However, proportions vary between manufacturers, model ranges, and individual miniatures.
Always review the product images, description, and available measurements before ordering. Test-fit physical parts before permanently attaching them.
Are BW Terrain & Forge parts guaranteed to fit another company’s miniatures?
No. BW Terrain & Forge creates independent original designs and does not produce officially licensed upgrade kits for another company’s products.
Our parts may work with many similarly scaled tabletop miniatures, but we cannot guarantee compatibility with every model, pose, armor style, or production year. If you are unsure, contact us with the measurements of your model before ordering.
Is BW Terrain & Forge affiliated with another game company?
No. BW Terrain & Forge is not affiliated with, sponsored by, licensed by, or endorsed by any other game company.
All BW Terrain & Forge products are independently created original designs. We do not scan, recast, copy, or reproduce another company’s products, logos, faction symbols, or proprietary designs.

What is the difference between STL Format, Grey Resin, and Speedy Resin?
STL Format is a downloadable digital file for customers who own or have access to a 3D printer. STL files are supplied unsupported unless the product description specifically states otherwise.
Grey Resin is a physical resin print produced to order by our production partner. Standard production can take up to 20 business days before shipping.
Speedy Resin is a concierge service for customers who want BW Terrain & Forge to locate a faster production option. Each Speedy Resin item adds a $10 deposit at checkout. BW Terrain & Forge retains one $10 sourcing fee per order. Additional Speedy Resin deposits are applied toward the approved production cost or refunded if the customer declines the quote.

Do you sell downloadable STL files?
Yes. We offer a growing catalog of downloadable STL files. Not every physical product is available as an STL.

How do I receive my digital files?
Digital download links are delivered by email after payment is confirmed. Downloads may also be available through the order section of your customer account.
Check your spam or junk folder if the delivery email does not appear. If you still cannot access your files, contact bwterrainforge@gmail.com with your order number.
How long do resin orders take?
Standard Grey Resin products are made to order by Only-Games. Their current estimated production time is 4–6 weeks before shipping.
Shipping time is additional and depends on the customer’s destination. Production and delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be extended during sales, promotional periods, or unusually high order volume.
Tracking information is provided after the order has been produced and dispatched. Customers who need faster production can select the Speedy Resin option when it is available.
Can I add an item, change an order, or cancel after ordering?
Contact BW Terrain & Forge immediately if you notice a problem with your order. We will help when possible, but changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed after digital delivery, vendor sourcing, production, or custom work has begun.
Digital files, made-to-order resin products, Speedy Resin services, and custom products have different cancellation and refund limitations.

What should I do if my order is damaged, defective, incorrect, or lost?
Email bwterrainforge@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photographs when applicable.
For damaged, defective, or incorrect products, contact us within seven days of delivery. BW Terrain & Forge will work with the appropriate production or shipping partner to review the problem and determine the proper resolution.
Can BW Terrain & Forge make a custom design for me?
We may accept custom requests for new and original designs.
We will not recreate discontinued products, official logos, protected faction symbols, scanned parts, copied designs, or products specifically intended to duplicate another company’s intellectual property.

What happened to an older product that is no longer listed?
If a product is no longer listed, it is not currently available. BW Terrain & Forge will not reproduce retired or discontinued designs on request.

Can I resell BW Terrain & Forge STL files or physical prints?
Standard digital purchases are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only.
You may not redistribute, share, upload, host, or resell BW Terrain & Forge digital files. You may not sell physical prints made from our files without written commercial permission.
