Even though the description of your product says it will fit my model, it dose not look like the correct scale?

Answer: GW is always releasing new miniatures and sometime they change the scale or proportions of their products. Most of my product pre-date these changes and even if the descriptions says it will fit, this was written back when it did. As soon as we find out there is an issue we will revise our product or we will update the description to let you know of any limitations.

I just placed an order and I forgot an item I wanted. Can you add it to my order to avoid additional shipping cost?

Answer: Due to the custom print-on-demand and third-party fulfillment nature of our products, I cannot cancel or change your order after it is placed. The products enter an automated production schedule shortly after it's placed.  For that reason, we are unable to offer returns or refunds unless an error was made in fulfilling your order or your item is damaged or defective when you receive it.

If it is damaged or defective when you receive it, Please send a photo of the products your received along with the packing label to bwterrainforge@gmail.com within 7 days of receipt.

We are also unable to offer exchanges. This is a limitation of our vendors. Because of this, please check your order twice before clicking the submit button. If this is an issue you are worried about, there is a work around. Shop directly on My Shapeways Store (https://www.shapeways.com/shops/bw-terrain-forge). There you have more option to make a second order and select "Ship with previous order" under the shipping options. (Note: this only works if the first order was ordered directly from Shapeways as well)

Do the Shoulder Insignia Sets fit on primaris marine models?

Answer: Yes, they do. In fact they will fit on most any shoulder or rounded surface.

Can I still use and buy stuff from your Shapeways store?

Answer: Yes. That site will still be supported and updated just like this site. In fact, you can select alternative shipping options that I can't offer here (aka. Express or next day delivery). However, any discount codes and site specific offers will only be available on this site.  

I have a problem with the product that was shipped to me, can you fix it?
Answer: Yes, of couse. Please send a photo of the products you receiver and the packing slip along with a description of the problem to bwterrainforge@gmail.com. I will need them to send off to my contacts at Shapeways to help resolve the issue.

Can I cancel or change my order?

You had a product available in you store before that I can’t find anymore, what happened?
Answer: If the design was very similar to a popular Legion or Chapter, it was taken down by Shapeways due to a request from GW due to copyright challenge. I will need to make design changes to these design and have put new products up to replace them. I would suggest searching for them in the “Sort by Themes” section at the bottom of my sidebar menu.

Can I get a 3D printed (Shapeways) products shipped to me quicker than your standard shipping option?

Answer: Yes, but you will have to go to https://www.shapeways.com/shops/bw-terrain-forge and order it there. Currently I only have the option to select the "Cheapest" or "Fastest" shipping options for all Shapeways products, and I chose the less expensive option.  However, any discount codes and site specific offers for this site will not work on the old Shapeways store.  

How do I get a custom bit or insignia made?

Since the exact product I want was taken down, can you still make and sell them to me without using Shapeways?

Answer: No

Do you sell your STL files?

Answer: Yes, but not on every product. We are always adding new options to our STL Format range. Your best option is from our menu choose Bits > By Bits Type > Digital Files (STL). Here you will find all our STL offerings.

Once these products are purchased, you will be able to go to your profile page > my Orders > and there is a link to download the product.

Will you be closing down your Shapeways store?
