Withdraw from Contract

EU customers may use this page to submit a withdrawal request where the EU right of withdrawal applies.

Submitting this request confirms that your request was sent to BW Terrain & Forge. It does not automatically mean the order is eligible for cancellation, refund, or return. We will review the request based on the product type, order status, approval status, production status, digital access status, and applicable policy.

Important Product Information

STL Files / Digital Downloads

STL files and other digital downloads may be available immediately after purchase through your order download page.

If you selected immediate digital access at checkout, and download access has started, the digital portion of your order may no longer be eligible for withdrawal. EU rules allow an exception for digital content once performance has begun after the customer gives prior express consent and acknowledges the loss of the withdrawal right.

Grey Resin Prints

Grey resin printed model parts are produced on-demand through our production partner. At this time, BW Terrain & Forge is treating grey resin print orders as withdrawal-review items until we receive clearer written guidance from the production partner.

If you submit a withdrawal request for a grey resin print order, we will review whether the order has already been submitted, entered production, shipped, or otherwise become non-cancellable.

SPEEDY Resin

SPEEDY Resin is a custom concierge production service. BW Terrain & Forge researches faster production options based on your location, contacts a vendor, gets an estimated cost and turnaround time, and then contacts you for approval before moving forward.

Because SPEEDY Resin is handled as a custom service for your order, cancellation or withdrawal rights may be limited once vendor sourcing, customer approval, payment adjustment, or production submission has begun.

Gaming Mats

Gaming mats are custom-made per customer order. BW Terrain & Forge sizes the mat based on the customer request, creates the requested grid overlay, prepares a sample for customer approval, and submits the approved design to the production vendor.

Once the customer approves the mat design and the order is submitted to the printer, cancellation may not be possible unless the item is damaged, defective, incorrect, lost, or otherwise covered by the production issue policy.

Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Lost Orders

This withdrawal request process does not limit your rights for damaged, defective, incorrect, or lost items. If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or does not arrive, contact us at bwterrainforge@gmail.com with your order number and photos if applicable.
