BW Terrain & Forge Shipping and Returns Policy

Digital Items

Shipping:

For our digital items (printable tiles, printable 3d models, etc...) the items are instantly available upon payment. Once your order is approved you will get an email with instructions. Please check your spam / junk mail folder as the email can sometimes end up there. Also you can go to your account page and get access to order as well.

Returns:

Currently we do not offer returns and refunds on digital items.

Physical Product Orders:

Shipping:

The items we offer will be shipped to you directly from the manufacturer. This means you can potentially get items from two or more companies. Once our vendors provide shipping information to us, we will send it to you to help you with tracking your items. If at any time you have questions or concerns with an order in process please contact us and we will investigate what is going on.

Returns:

The products we offer are printed-on-demand specifically for your order. This is a big part of why we're able to offer so much variety. This allows BW Terrain & Forge to offer thousands of unique products without the tremendous cost of carrying inventory. However, this also means that we cannot combine, change, or cancel an order once it has been placed. The moment your order is processed, it goes into an automated manufacturing queue at, sometimes multiple, third-party fulfillment companies. Once you receive your order we can offer reprints, exchanges or refunds only if, there is an error made in production, or if your item is damaged or defective when you receive it.
