$10 sourcing fee. Printing and shipping are quoted per job.
No printer? No problem. Once your custom design is approved, we'll find a print partner as close to you as we can and have it made and shipped straight to your door.
What the $10 sourcing fee covers: finding a print partner, getting prices, preparing your quote and handling the order.
What your quote shows: printing cost, shipping cost and the estimated delivery window. Nothing goes to print until you approve the quote and pay.
Why we print close to you: whenever we can, we use a partner in your own region, so your order can avoid crossing a border and the import charges that may come with it.
This upgrade is for approved BW Terrain & Forge custom designs. Material and color may vary by print partner.
How printing works
- Finish and approve your custom design.
- Order this upgrade and tell us your design order number.
- We find a print partner as close to you as we can.
- We send a quote with printing, shipping and delivery window.
- Approve the quote and pay the invoice, and we place the order.
- The print partner ships it straight to you.
Your order
Before You Order
Sourcing fee: The fee covers finding a print partner and preparing your quote. We keep it if you decline the quote.
Printing: Orders are made by outside print partners and ship directly to you. Prices can change, so your quote is good for 7 days.
Imports: We try to print in your own country or customs region. If an order has to cross a border, your quote will say so and you are responsible for any duties or fees.
Problems: If your order arrives damaged or wrong, email us with your order number and photos within 7 days of delivery and we will fix it. Once production starts, orders cannot be canceled or refunded for a change of mind.
