Samurai armor protected the shoulders with sode, layered plates laced together. These V7 Iron Eagle bushi pads rebuild them in hard sci-fi plate: stacked horizontal plates bound with rows of cord lacing, so your Cyber Samurai look the part from across the table.
The Turbo pad is a more compact, rounded take on the same laced sode, with a round grilled vent set into the face and a small fitting on top, built to look like it is venting heat from the armor's systems.

Build ideas
Use Turbo pads on sergeants and veterans, or fit a whole squad for a heavier, powered look next to Types A to D. Mix the styles across a squad for variety, or give each squad its own Type so they read as separate units.
